Flying HIGH Inc. Releases Impact Report for 2023-24 Year

Flying HIGH Inc. is very pleased to release its 2023-24 Impact Report. It’s our constant endeavor to improve the quality of opportunities we provide so more and more people can live better lives economically.

Through our integrated workforce services, 301 people were placed in jobs & careers and 205 received support services to overcome employment barriers. Flying HIGH Inc.’s innovative client services integrate vocational training with case management support, financial support services to overcome employment barriers, behavioral health services, job readiness workshops, work acclimation training, and job placement services.

Flying HIGH Inc. operates Job Placement Welcome Centers in Mahoning and Trumbull Counties. A third Center will be opening in Columbiana in March. Welcome Centers provide Mahoning Valley residents the opportunity to walk-in Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 4:30pm and meet with case managers to develop a Customized Employment Plan to gain a good paying job with local employers. The Welcome Centers also holds bi-weekly orientations to explain the many career paths available in the valley. Welcome Centers are located at 6 W. Federal St in Youngstown, 237 Main SW in Warren, and 2388 Southeast Blvd in Salem.
